Valid passport for at least 6 months and any previous passports

Original Documents plus a photocopy of each submitted documents.

Employment Certificate showing income and approved leave

Any business registration certificate/s and financial statements

Personal financial asset statements and bank books

Evidence of close family ties and business interests in the Philippines.

Statutory declaration or affidavit from your relative in Australia if they are paying for your visit evidence that they have funds.

If 70 y.o. or older, a completed Pro-Forma 2 letter from the Panel of Doctor and travel or health insurance which will cover medical expenses for full stay in Australia
