Re:       Global Airline Policy on Same Day Voiding of Cancelled Tickets

Please be advised of the new ruling/ policy of IATA/ Global Airline Policy on the above will be implemented immediately.

1. Passengers who plan to cancel their tickets must report the cancellation and submit their tickets on the same day of issuance until 4pm only (Monday - Friday) , until 10am on Saturdays irregardless of what time the ticket was issued and is subject to a cancellation fee of P500.

2. Tickets can also be re-issued same day subject to re-issuance and cancellation fee reporting till 4pm only irregardless of what time the ticket was issued.

3. Tickets that are for cancellation not reported on the same day will be considered sold/ subject for refund therefore should be paid by the passenger on the day ticket is issued unless credit line is established with us.

4. Take note the refunds cannot be deducted from the billing statement      because these are subject to refund / cancellation charges which are in turn determined by airline and ticket's booking class. Refunds take 7 to 10 weeks processing time.  

5. Our clients can advise cancellation/ voiding thru the following:

a. Fax ticket to be voided with proper notation and authorized signature to fax numbers 5222429 / 3380336

b. Via text message: Assigned mobile # 09285022482

c. E-mail: sales@mrtravel.com.ph

6. Please note that above policy is quite stiff and we ask for your cooperation to avoid miscommunication. Note further that this is not our policy; we are just implementers; otherwise we will be debited by airline.
