Employment Certificates

Leave request from company

Evidence of funds, particularly a savings  history

Bank Certificate

Booking Certificate from airline (not the ticket)

Other documents may be requested (eg. Tax return)

Facilitation Fee: P3,500

Plus 10% VAT on Facilitation Fee
