2 passport sized pictures(taken within the last 6 months)
Supporting documents related to the purpose of visit such as: touring itinerary, invitation letter, financial statements of applicants such as(1)income tax return;(2) Bank book or deposit certificate(3)Business registration certificate
Travelling on Business:
Business letter from related company in Taiwan
2 passport sized photo
Guarantee Letter
Official letter from concerned authorities for official trip
Seminar Program
Certificate of Employment and office identification; etc
All documents submitted to this office should be authentic, original with one set photocopy
Original Income Tax Return
Note: For further interview if advise by the consul

Plus 10% VAT on Facilitation Fee
Note: Visa not required for Australian and British Passport Holder for a maximum stay of 30 days.
