Requirements for Passport RENEWAL
- Present old passport and a photocopy of passport's latest departure and arrival; first page and last page
- Three copies of 2x1/5 new colored photo with white background, in formal attire
- For married women, who chose to adopt their husband's surname, certified true copy of Marriage contract issued by NSO (authenticated)
- Appearance required for passport never renewed for more than 10 years.
